Lying in a sleeping bag and listning to non stop rain lost its romanticism this weekend, but it was the first night spent on the boat and a kind of bonding took place, a kind of getting to know each other. An Origo 3000 burner Pic was purchased on ebay. This uses meths, but to avoid the nasty smell that normal blue meths produces, I have applied to Her Majesty's Customs and Excise, over a month ago, for a licence to purchase denatured alcohol which smells less, still haven't heard back from them. I have made gimbels for the burner, and the galley area has now jumped to the top of the list, as making all those extra notes makes having a tea break an essential part of refitting.
